Sliding Sash Windows

Patchett Joinery, the preferred choice for the supply of Sliding Sash windows and timber window solutions for the redevelopment of the former Crosshall Junior and Infants School.

Patchett Joinery designed the perfect solution for the reinstatement of Sliding Sash windows. The windows were manufactured using a unique concealed spring balance operating system. They were pre-finished in cream and replicated the original windows, while matching the new luxurious modern internal finish.

The former derelict Victorian School has been converted into thirteen spacious three, four, and five bedroom homes, which combine beautiful Victorian architecture with stunning contemporary interiors.

Aspect Building Solutions who carried out the development, made the following comments. ”The creation of this award winning, gated community consisted of completely gutting the former derelict primary school, replacing the roof covering and structure, altering the layout to form separate dwellings, installing a mezzanine floor, new timber sliding sash windows, new doors and new finishes throughout. The boundaries were all refurbished and the gardens fully landscaped. High specification kitchens and bathrooms completed the highly sought after dwellings”.
