Supply and Fit Order Process (only available In West Yorkshire)

Speak to a member of our sales team to ensure we can install in your area.
We will then arrange a site visit to gain the necessary measurements to be able to provide a detailed no obligation quotation. We will also discuss with you your specific needs as every window is bespoke and tailored to your requirements.

The quotation will be returned with 48 hours of our visit and will include a cost breakdown of each product and installation price along with our current lead time. We will also advise how long we expect the installation to take. A copy of our terms and conditions will also be sent.

To proceed with your order in line with our terms and conditions, we will arrange for a detailed site survey to be carried out. This will require the final measure to be taken. At this point we also finalise the specifics for your project which will include hardware colour, paint finish and glass choice for your windows. We will then use the information collected to generate final set out drawings of your windows along with your specific requirements added to the job summary. This information needs your signed approval before we can begin manufacture.

A member of our team will stay in touch with your throughout the manufacturing process and will be in a position to offer estimated fitting dates that are convenient to you.

The installation will be project managed by senior management from the refurbishment division of Patchett Group.

At the end of the installation we will discuss all aspects of the job to ensure you are 100% satisfied. We will also generate a sign off sheet that requires your signed approval for our guarantee structure to take effect.
