A substantial Mill conversion by Skipton Properties Limited in Haworth
This 19th century grade 2 listed textile mill is situated in the heart of the stunning historic Bronte Country. The construction of the mill included a dam to power The Spinning Mill. The site was family owned and has a rich history. It stands as an iconic monument to the heritage of textile weaving and what was the manufacturing powerhouse of the local area.
Skipton Properties acquired the site in 2018 and have successfully regenerated the area combining sympathetic restoration of existing buildings and new builds with meticulous attention to detail.
