Patchett Joinery have recently completed a stunning installation of flush casement windows in this wonderful period property in Ilkley, West Yorkshire. The project was managed by Janine Roberts, who made the following comments.
”As soon as I meet a potential new customer it becomes my obsession to deliver a finished job which we can all be proud of – but these things don’t just happen…
Our administration team, technical team, factory joiners, surveyors, installation teamand Directors all work together to ensure that the end result meets the standard expected by our customer and I’m very pleased to share this with you – on behalf of the team.
We are very grateful for our clientsfor allowing us to take photos of the end result. They have also made some lovely comments:
“We are very happy with the result and so glad we went ahead. The fitters were so careful not to damage anything inside the house and in the garden. A job well done.We will definitely recommend Patchett’s.”
There was no compromise on quality – Hardwoodflush casements finished in a Farrow and Ball shade of Lichen for the exterior and All White for the interior. We chose the interior handle finish to suit each room.
The clientshad some reservations regarding the trowel mastic we use to finish the exterior. However, we did a “test” window and he agreed that the finish was very neat and perfect for the property.
Well done team!! Another successful Patchett Project.
