Yes everything is fine and I am extremely pleased with the completed job. The quality of the installation teams, their skills and their pride in their job was excellent. Now of course it’s easy to say “well that’s just to be expected”, but nowadays when you get good service unfortunately it is the exception rather than the rule. So thanks for a good job well done.

Patchett Joinery replaced all 20 of our windows with sliding sashes and we are delighted with the result. Our initial contact and subsequent meetings with Janine ensured our order was exactly what we wanted. We accepted the offer of a visit to the factory and found it fascinating. The survey was thorough and the time between placing the order and delivery was remarkably quick. Installation was completed ahead of schedule with very few hitches other than the inevitable upheaval of having all the windows done at once. Most impressive was the extra joinery we needed to restore a shutter box which is now much improved.

We are absolutely delighted with the new windows, they look sensational and have completely changed the character of the building. Needless to say I wouldn’t be surprised if you get quite a few enquiries through from other households on the back of this work.
