We have had a lot of building work done recently. Patchett Joinery stood out from our other contractors in supplying an excellent product, right first time, fitting on the day you said you would, completing the work in the time you said you would and leaving the site clean and tidy afterwards. We looked around for someone to make us some proper sliding sash windows, eventually deciding on Patchett Joinery. We liked the fact that they were a local employer and that they had a long history in this field. We were able to visit the factory and see and use the finished product, which was very important to us. The windows were fitted by direct employees of the company who knew the products inside out and the finish was to a very high quality. The windows have attracted a lot of attention locally and we have been very pleased to let our neighbours know where we got our windows from. We have no hesitation in recommending Patchetts, the windows and door we had installed are fabulous.

The service I received from Patchett was second to none, from the very first enquiry, right to the final communication asking me if all was well it went swimmingly and with minimal fuss.

Janine arrived to do the recce and was friendly, knowledgeable and knew exactly the look and feel that was required.  I completely trusted her to sort the project out.

Everything moved to schedule.  From the moment the team arrived they had a complete respect for the house and prepared the way to keep things as clean and un-disruptive as possible.

We have been impressed by the exceptional quality of the windows, exactly as described in the drawings .The windows glide seamlessly and have been much admired. The three installers were excellent: they were efficient, conscientious and courteous.They took time to explain why the job would take longer than anticipated and each evening the part of the house where they had been working was spotless. All the other people we’ve encountered at Patchett e.g. the Area Sales Manager, Surveyor and Sales and Estimating Coordinator have been helpful and knowledgeable. We feel that Patchett Joinery deserves its outstanding reputation for quality and we recommend the company without reservation.
